This Impressive Gentle Stallion is available now............

"Edmund" is the second of a new venture for Animal Artistry and Alchemy. He is the second of a range of Traditional sized Horses to be produced in Earthenware. "Rosie" the Percheron mare has already been released and there is a Friesian Mare and an Arabian Stallion planned for 2008. Edmund is a lovely example of the oldest working breed in England, and he was named after a medieval King of Suffolk. Suffolk Punches have a reputation as very hard workers, able to survive on minimum rations, but able to work well into their 20's. Fortunately for Edmund he is destined for an easy life, gracing Mantelpiece, display cabinets, and hopefully the show ring!

Pictured above is the Standard colour to be offered, Glossy Chestnut, in this colour he has proved to be a very successful show horse. l can now offer two more standard colours, so that he can be shown as a variety of European Heavy Breeds, Ardennais, Boulonnais, Brabant and Breton to name a few. He is now available in Red Roan and Dapple Grey, both colours suit his shape very well and l should hope for even more successes in the Show Arena : )

Edmund is a most impressive china horse standing approximately 9 inches high and each one will be individually numbered, and stamped underneath with the Animal Artistry Alchemy details.

This Traditional sized Suffolk Punch Stallion is also available in White Earthenware Bisque prepared and produced by Alchemy Ceramics he has all the attention to detail that you would expect from an Alchemy edition. Each part is cleaned and detail enhanced to give an outstanding finish. The body is fired at the maximum end of the firing scale, 1160 degrees Centigrade/2120 degrees Fahrenheit giving a very strong fired sculpture.

Alchemy has tested the regular American glazes on the body with no sign of rejection. As the pieces are bisque fired in small chambers, each piece is guaranteed a good firing, there fore reducing the chances of the glaze crazing in out lifetime.

The price for this Charming Stallion in Glossy Chestnut is $575.00 each inc. P&P or £299.00 inc. VAT and P&P (add an extra £10.00 for Europe.)

As a bisque the price is $395.00 inc. P&P or £220 inc. VAT and P&P for GB (add an extra £10.00 for Europe.)

Time payments are always available and can be structured to suit you : )
